Feature selection is one of the fundamental problems in the fields of machine learning, pattern recognition and statistics. In my research works, information theory and game theory are applied in feature selection, aiming at finding a good feature subset which produces higher classification accuracy. I also like to apply feature selection algorithms for cancer diagnosis.
Social computing is the research of information technologies and digital media as social and cultural phenomena, such as recommendation systems, interests pre -diction and social network analysis. Computing with spatial trajectories is a fairly young and dynamic research field. I will devote myself to trajectories clustering, classification and prediction.
Many things around us can be described as networks: the web of friendships, the internet connection, chains of historical events. This information tells us not only how the network has formed, but more also how dynamical systems (worm speading, information flow, etc) behaves. I devoted myself to find a mathematical model for spreading dynamics of social network worms.
